Custom check - FAQs
Custom Alarms
Can an Internal Custom Alarm be migrated to an External one, or vice versa? No, for technical reasons a new alarm must be created and the old one deleted.
How long before a new Custom Alarm becomes operational? It can take up to 30 minutes after creating a Custom Alarm before it can be viewed in ITCare.
Can I adjust the check execution frequency of a Custom Alarm? No, the frequency is fixed at every 10 minutes for an Internal Custom Alarm and 5 minutes for an External Custom Alarm. You can request a change to these settings via the ITCare feedback button by providing your use case.
Can I choose the locations used for an External Custom Alarm? No, only Paris and Marseille are currently available. You can request a change to these settings via the ITCare feedback button by providing your use case.
